During the first 12 months the investor will take all the expenses for the common part's maintenance in the building. During this period you will also have the unique chance to take advantage of the use of the excellently equipped fitness centre with the complements of the developer, absolutely free of charge.

The area was originally developed in the sixties, and currently consists of 4/5 - storey blocks of flats and one-family houses with modern architecture.
