There will be a call out charge of £175 outside of office hours for a lost key to be replaced. This will be payable IN CASH to the attending agent.

You may find it cheaper to call an independent locksmith to give you access to your room. However, any damage caused by this person to the fabric of the building will be chargeable to you.

During office hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm) you may come to our offices and we may be able to supply you with a spare set in exchange for a refundable deposit of £50.
