In the U.K. we provide competitively priced rental properties, ranging in size from Bed-sits and Studio flats up to 4 bedroom houses, which are always available to rent in Notting Hill, Bayswater, Lancaster Gate, Ladbroke Grove, Harlesden, Maida Vale and Hampstead. We are happy to deal with students and professionals. We do not accept D.S.S. OR H.B.
In Bulgaria our services include all manner of property services including development, investment, sales, consultancy and management to Western European standards.
We are the owners of these properties, and are not an agency. Hence our properties are always cheaper, as no commission is payable.
In the U.K. all of our properties are registered, inspected by, and certified for safety by the local authorities. They all have full gas, electrical and fire safety certificates and the appliances, boilers, fire systems, etc. are regularly maintained, and frequently replaced. We also use the highest quality furnishings.
We are members of the National Landlord's Association (NLA) and abide by their code of practice for good landlords. Our aim is to provide an excellent quality of service for our tenants. A copy of these codes may be viewed by clicking here.
Furthermore, we have an "in house" maintenance team, resulting in problems being resolved quickly. 
For some of our U.K. properties, we are able to offer other services, such as short lets, a maid service, airport pickup, ISDN lines and access to fax machines. Please ask at the time of enquiry.

In the interest of energy efficiency we shall shortly be replacing all of the boilers in our properties with new, more efficient, ones, adding extra insulation and installing double glazing. This is to help reduce CO2 emissions. We apologise for any disturbance caused to our residents.
